How are your products made?

We work with Tanked Clothing’s new On-Demand drop-shipping service. They have manufacturing and distribution locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed/embroidered and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line via our Contact page.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us using our Returns Request form within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the damaged product, your Order Number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Don’t forget to check our Returns Policy before you do!

We pride ourselves on unparalleled quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement.


When will I get my order?

Usually it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which, we’ll ship it out. The shipping time itself depends on your location and can vary from 2 to 20 business days. However, the total time from order to delivery can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 6-11 business days
  • UK & Europe: 9-15 business days
  • Australia: 5-21 business days
  • Japan: 7-15 business days
  • International: 13-27 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with Tanked Clothing’s new On-Demand order fulfilment process with facilities worldwide! Your nearest fulfilment centre will automatically be selected to produce and ship your order.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on International orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us via our Contact page with your Order Number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

My order failed to deliver

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it’ll be returned to the facility that shipped it. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us that your order has arrived back at our facility and we will then hold on to the order for 28 days at no cost. Any reshipments will be charged to you.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet

If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you haven’t received it, we are unable to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location so it’s worth checking in the first instance and if you are unable to locate it, please contact me immediately.
